Ondersteuning van de privésector
PPMGL Consulting adviseert bedrijven op het gebied van organisatie en management, in het bijzonder inzake human resources in de horecasector
Opleiding
PPMGL Consulting organiseert opleidingen op maat in al haar expertisegebieden: human resources management, business development, internationale ontwikkeling en strategie.
Internationalisering
PPMGL Consulting ondersteunt bedrijven en overheidsorganisaties op het gebied van strategische ontwikkeling en toegang tot internationale markten.
Het Consulaat van de Republiek Congo in Wallonië en de permanente vertegenwoordiging van de Kamer van Koophandel van Pointe-Noire zijn beide gehuisvest in de hoofdzetel van PPMGL. Van daaruit worden ook de dagelijkse activiteiten gecoördineerd.
Institutionele projecten
PPMGL Consulting zorgt voor de acquisitie en het beheer van institutionele programma’s (Europese Commissie, Wereldbank, Afrikaanse Ontwikkelingsbank, Aziatische Ontwikkelingsbank,…) – business intelligence, aanbestedings- en offerteprocedures en projectbeheer, zowel voor nationale als internationale ondernemingen.
