Who are we?
Frédéric LERNOUX
Managing Partner
Frédéric Lernoux has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions and team management, both in the public and private sectors, working with both national and multinational companies. Between 2003 and 2016 he advised the Belgian government on economic and social policy, access to finance and the internationalisation of SMEs.
He specialises in the acquisition and management of projects financed by national and international development bodies such as the European Commission, the World Bank and the African Development Bank.
His main areas of expertise include the development and financing of the private sector, market access, consulting, and training in the banking and financial sector, both in Belgium and across the world. He holds several independent directorships.
Magali DUGARDIN
Senior Consultant & Business Developer
Magali Dugardin has 23 years of professional business and management experience, primarily working in human resources, including 13 years as a coach, trainer and consultant.
She is Honorary Consul of the Republic of Congo in Wallonia and representative of the Consular Chamber of Pointe Noire.
Magali Dugardin is Secretary General of the Consular Corps of the Provinces of Namur and Hainaut.
